A YUMMY HEALTHY LUNCH. Walnut salad and chicken

I LOVE this lunch. I could eat it every day!

Walnut Salad Recipe
-Your choice of lettuce, it can be spinach, romaine, mixed whatever you like! I prefer romaine or spinach.
-A handful of walnut halves
-A handful of dryed cranberries
-Feta cheese
-You choose your dressing, I use either a raspberry vinaigrette or olive oil and vinegar

AND

Grill some chicken on your stove or grill and your choice of seasoning!

This makes for a great lower carb and nutritious lunch!
